One of the great things about Portland is the bridges, the river and the care the civic leaders haved put into creating public spaces that allow us to enjoy them.  My apologies if I wax a little maudlin, but in all honesty it is true.

PDX blog is a community project started by Jeff Neil to share personal reflections on what our beautiful city has to offer with visitors and our fellow citizens.
